It’s that time of year once again and we want to ensure that you are fully aware of our team and partnering laboratories availability over the festive period.
Whilst we will be operating at reduced staff during this festive period, we have ensured that all major parts of the business retain the right staff to deal with enquires and concerns.
Our team members will endeavour to deal with any enquiries in a timely manner during that period. However, please see the table below for our customer services team availability should any urgent matters arise.
Customer services and logistics
Both our customer services and logistics teams will be operating as normal throughout Christmas and New Year with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day when these departments will be fully closed. Please note that we will be operating at reduced staff over the bank holidays on the 27th and 28th December.
