Everything Genetic has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation for its quality management, following an independent audit of all aspects of the company’s policies and procedures.

ISO 9001:2015 is the most current version of the globally recognised standard that ensures the company meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.

DAS, a UKAS accredited certification body, conducted a two-stage audit of Everything Genetic’s processes and its approach to customer satisfaction, including quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances. The audit was completed in an impressive time of just under 12 months. The auditors praised the company for its preparation and approach and commented that no non-conformities were found.

Improved customer experience

The ISO 9001 will ensure that every employee understands how their actions create a better customer experience and have clear processes in place to continually review and improve that customer experience.

It means that any complaints are managed effectively, with corrective actions put into place and it provides the business with the opportunity to transform complaints and customer dissatisfaction into sources of improvement.

With one ISO accreditation under its belt, Everything Genetic is now working towards ISO/IEC 27001:2017 Information Security Management and ISO 22301:2019 Security and Resilience — Business Continuity Management Systems to demonstrate the company’s agility to react to disruption and change in what is a very fast-paced and evolving industry.
