David oversees the performance of the sales team, sales strategy and activities, product portfolio and partnership relationships across the organisation.
Prior to joining Everything Genetic, David worked in a range of sales leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry where he was responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle and customer touchpoints to maximise sales performance.
Dr Mackay trained as a Consultant Medical Oncologist with a special interest in cancer genetics at Trinity College Cambridge and the University of Edinburgh Medical School.
He established the NHS Cancer Genetics Services in East Anglia at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and North-East Thames at Great Ormond Street, leaving the NHS in 2006 to establish a private practice.
Dr Mackay is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Research Department of Oncology at University College London. He is involved with several national cancer charities. Having worked with several commercial genetic testing companies over the last few years, he now serves as Everything Genetic’s Medical Director.
A radiographer by profession, Carol comes with extensive experience in the delivery of cancer serves within the NHS, private and commercial sectors. She was Registered Manager under the CQC for oncology services at a London private hospital.
Carol leads on all aspects of governance, compliance, quality management and improvement. In 2021, led the company to successfully achieving ISO 9001 accreditation and continues to support the business in retaining and striving for additional ISO accreditations. Carol also leads the company’s Clinical Excellence Programme.
Jacquie leads Everything Genetic’s marketing and communication strategy, with overall responsibility for the company’s branding, marketing campaigns, creative, communications, and social footprint to drive awareness and commercialise new products for market.
With over 25 years’ marketing experience, 20 years at senior/consultancy level, she has a broad range of experience across start-ups, fast-growing SMEs and international organisations, helping to shape and grow their brands through strategic marketing communications.
With over 30 years’ experience in facilities management, senior leadership coaching and management, Andrew is responsible for the overall operations of the business.
He was instrumental in establishing the company’s central services team, bringing logistics, customer care and the clinical hub teams together to provide a cohesive and streamlined service for partners and customers.
Andrew oversees the company’s IT infrastructure and software development to optimise performance and improve service delivery. He also supports the special projects team on product launches and proprietary software developments, automating core processes for better outcomes and making operations more efficient and consistent for future scalability.
