We are looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Administrator to join us at our successful healthcare diagnostics business.
The ideal candidate will be approachable and be comfortable working within a large team. Full training to be given so no experience necessary.
This exciting position offers variety and challenge and will enable the successful candidate to learn
and develop their sales and administration skills whilst supporting the Internal Sales and Customer
Service division.

The role will include the following duties:
• To support the internal sales team function ensuring an effective and efficient response to all
customer orders and queries.
• To deal effectively, efficiently, and accurately with customer orders, ensuring customer
service standards are maintained by following the required processes.
• To deal effectively and efficiently with customer orders ensuring that customer call off
schedules are obtained and accurately entered onto our bespoke system.
• To liaise with customers on future deliveries to ensure that their expectations are met.
• To liaise with operation department regarding customer special conditions where required.
• To assist in the administration of the forecasting process, where required.
• To monitor and effectively deal with the orders received from the portal to ensure all non / failures/ failures are captured and rectified and processed.
• To maintain the divisional contacts/ project data on the CRM (Microsoft) system
• To support external sales managers, across all divisions, in the accurate preparation of
customer quotations and to ensure approval prior to issue from the relevant manager.
• To utilise the information available on the system and to ensure all customer records are
maintained to ensure pricing accuracy.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Good interpersonal skills

Marketing Campaign Manager - Cancer / Welllness

Everything Genetic has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaign manager to
join a new marketing team to help support the company with its exciting growth plans. You’ll be
working with the Marketing Manager to promote specific products in a B2B and B2C environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Implement the marketing strategy and plan for our portfolio of genetic testing products and
services in our fast-growing cancer / wellness portfolio.
• Successfully launch to market new Cancer / wellness products and services.
• Understand complex industry-specific terminology and translate it into simple, easy-to understand content ready for distribution across various marketing channels for stakeholders in the medical profession as well as patients.
• Support our wellness sales team with the production of marketing collateral, case studies
and testimonials, presentations, and events.
• Product positioning and communication (both internal and external).
• Supporting with determining product features, packages and empowering the sales team.
• Build relationships with our leading laboratory partners, looking at ways to raise brand
awareness and generate leads through collaboration and joint marketing initiatives.
• Partner with our regulatory and legal departments to ensure all marketing assets are
compliant and regularly reviewed, approved, and catalogued.

About You
•You have at least 3 years’ marketing experience delivering through the line marketing campaigns.
• You can demonstrate strong communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills with a
strong attention to detail.
• You can demonstrate self-management, initiative, and an aptitude for learning.
• You’re a team player that shows a hands-on attitude, dedication, and the ability to operate
comfortably with your colleagues.
• You’ll have the ability to perform under pressure and be highly organised to manage a
diverse and heavy workload.
• Experience of briefing and working with third party agencies.
• You will have a marketing degree.
• Medical sector experience would be advantageous, but it is not a dealbreaker
