Everything Genetic has an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to join a new marketing team to help support the company with its exciting growth plans.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a robust digital marketing strategy and plan for the company's growing wellness and cancer genetic products and services for both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Develop and maintain the company website, including optimising for search using best practice SEO strategies.
  • Liaise with third party agencies for the successful set-up and performance management of PPC and SEM campaigns.
  • Plan and execute a robust social media strategy across a range of social media channels for optimum engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage the company’s online reputation, liaising with the customer services team to handle customer reviews and enquiries.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • To curate new copy for all digital marketing channels e.g., web pages, blogs, digital guides, social media posts, landing pages etc.
  • Understand complex industry-specific text and turning it into simple, easy to understand content, ready for distribution across various channels.
  • Provide periodic reports analysing the performance of all digital marketing campaign activity.
  • Partner with our regulatory and legal departments to ensure all online activity and messages are compliant.

About you

  • 3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in product marketing
  • Experience in developing, managing, and analysing digital marketing campaigns across web, search, paid online advertising, email and social
  • Proven track-record in managing successful campaigns
  • Experienced in lead generation digital marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in using WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Experienced in using an open-source Email Marketing System
  • Experienced in writing copy for website, email, and social media

Product Marketing Exec

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Everything Genetic has an exciting opportunity for an experienced product marketing manager to join a new marketing team to help support the company with its exciting growth plans. You'll be working with the Marketing Manager to promote specific products in a B2B and B2C environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement the marketing strategy and plan for our portfolio of genetic testing products and services in our fast-growing wellness portfolio.
  • Successfully launch to market new wellness products and services.
  • Understand complex industry-specific terminology and translate it into simple, easy-to-understand content ready for distribution across various marketing channels for stakeholders in the medical profession as well as patients.
  • Support our wellness sales team with the production of marketing collateral, case studies and testimonials, presentations, and events.
  • Product positioning and communication (both internal and external).
  • Supporting with determining product features, packages and empowering the sales team.
  • Build relationships with our leading laboratory partners, looking at ways to raise brand awareness and generate leads through collaboration and joint marketing initiatives.

Graduate Medical Sales Rep

Location: Nantwich and London (2 separate roles)

INTRODUCTION

Everything Genetic are looking to hire a graduate for a role that involves finding new opportunities and managing existing customers to develop the sales of Covid tests. The role will support the company’s evolution in the market with new Covid testing services and technologies. A key responsibility will be to manage the company’s growth as it supports the increase in demand for travel testing in the summer.

As a Graduate Medical Sales representative, you will drive sales through channels such Everything Genetic's direct to consumer offering, corporate and general sales partners. You will build relationships with businesses, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and health clinics to increase revenue and enable cross-selling of products.

The role will be part of a rapidly growing commercial team with a common aim to democratise testing in the UK, this will be achieved by playing a vital role in the Covid testing arm of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY DUTIES:

The role is a blended position dealing with the potential to sustain and grow not just your skill set but also your career prospects within the company.   • Prospecting new leads and accounts using existing databases on excel or via internet searches, phone calls

  • Managing communications with your existing accounts to ensure that they have all they need and understand how to order tests; kits, setup with an account, user guides

Graduate Medical Sales Rep: Oncology

Location: North and South West Roles available

INTRODUCTION

Everything Genetic are looking for a graduate to fill a newly created role that involves expanding our sales of genetic tests to both private and NHS clinicians. The chosen candidate will find new opportunities and managing existing customers to develop the sales of our portfolio of Oncology focussed genetic tests.

The company's portfolio of Oncology focussed genetic tests assist management of cancer affected patients at all stages of their care, ranging from determining an individual's risk of developing cancer, the need for adjuvant chemotherapies/or not and to guide treatment for later stage cancers.

As a graduate Medical sales representative, you will be the vital link between companies and healthcare professionals, across both the Private and NHS sectors.. You will build partnerships with healthcare professionals, demonstrating the value your products bring to them and their patients in-order to reach sales targets.

Purpose of the Position:
  • Ensure seamless patient access at account level to EGL Oncology products
  • To drive development of EGL business within the accounts to optimise sales and profitability.
  • To be an expert partner to customers, with excellent product and broad therapeutic area knowledge, as well as understand intimately any relevant payer and local/regional.
  • Develop and implement effective account plans to ensure delivery of the above targets.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with relevant customers and be seen as an expert partner.
  • Work with internal peers and ‘functions’ to deliver EGL vision and customer centric solutions.

  • Build effective partnerships with designated Healthcare Accounts, NHS and private
  • Prospecting new leads and accounts using existing databases and peer networks.
  • Build rapport and relationships with HCP matrix including Oncologists, surgeons specialist nurses or pharmacists, pathologists, and other related members
  • Deliver EGL messaging to the HCP network via an appropriate communication channel – digital, virtual, 1:1, MDT or an educational round table meeting etc
  • Build the patient pathway to ensure seamless patient access at account level
  • Converting sales leads to consistent orders. This will involve a good understanding of EGL functions, as well as clinical and technical knowledge.
  • Capture all customer data/knowledge via Salesforce to further imbed the EGL IP
  • Complex MDT and Network working to meet HCP and the patient needs – SLA's, procurement, how to order tests; KIT logistics, managing queries, TAT etc
  • Segmenting accounts to determine resource allocation and potential by brand.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with your sales manager and business partners.
  • Maintain excellent technical/disease knowledge of EGL Cancer brands, Marketing strategy, medical understanding, and competitor data as well as regulatory, developments and internal policies and processes.
  • Keep up to date with any changes to the NHS and Private Healthcare sector
  • Plan and organise your own diary to achieve performance targets
