The central services team incorporates logistics, customer care, and the company’s in-house medical team. They play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver on our commitments to our partners and customers, so that everyone experiences a seamless, timely service, whilst also supporting the efficient logistics of test kits and results.
Under the direction of our Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence, and managed by our Operations Director, the team aims to provide service excellence that enables:
- Efficient fulfilment and dispatch of genetic test kits to clinicians or patients/customers in a timely manner.
- Smooth processing of samples for our overseas laboratory partners with stringent QC checks.
- Efficient response to queries from clinicians and customers regarding test kit delivery, sample processing, pre and post-test clinical support, and results reporting.
- Arranging of post-test clinical appointments with our medical team as required.
- Our sales partners and end-users to experience a seamless end-to-end service with results provided on time.
