Everything Genetic Branding

How to order - for providers and employers

Existing partners

If you already have an account with us, please contact your Everything Genetic account manager to arrange for the required testing service to be added to your account.

New enquiries

If you are new to Everything Genetic, please email partners@everythinggeneticltd.co.uk. A member of our sales team will be in touch with you to discuss your testing service requirements.

Our sales department is open Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm except on Bank Holidays.

What happens next?

Once your new account is set up or the testing service has been added to your account, you will then have access to our secure online ordering system where you can order test kits.

Here is an example of how the ordering, sample processing and reporting process works (1):

Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: Order test kit(s)
Step 3: Test kit(s) delivered to clinic or person taking the test (2)
Step 4: Completion of medical documents via email
Step 5: Sample taken in clinic or at individual’s home (2) (3)
Step 6: Sample sent and analysed in laboratory (3)
Step 7: Results sent via email

(1) The ordering, sample processing and reporting process may vary depending on testing service or service level agreement.
(2) Depending on sample type.
(3) For genetic tests that require mandatory pre and post-test clinical support, this will take place before steps 5 and 6, respectively. Only applies if Everything Genetic is providing clinical support.
