How to order - for individuals and patient referrals

If you would like to purchase a genetic test kit directly from us(1), you can do so by contacting our Central Services team: 

 

Our Central Services department is open Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm except on Bank Holidays. 

 What happens next? 

  • A call back from a member of Everything Genetic’s medical team will be arranged. This is to ensure that the test you wish to purchase is suitable for your personal needs and to provide pre-test clinical support. 
  • If you proceed to purchase a testing service, further guidance will be provided on this call on how to order. 
  • You will receive an invoice for payment with the option to pay by card via a payment link, bank transfer, or to provide details of your private medical insurers for approved reimbursement. 
  • A test kit will be dispatched to the address provided via Royal Mail Track 24. 
  • You will be asked to complete some important medical documents either via email or enclosed in the test kit. 
  • Once full payment has been received, all medical documents completed, and sample received in the lab, the testing process will commence.  
  • Results will be reported in the timeframe specified for each testing service.

(1) We are unable to sell our test kits directly to persons aged under 18 years of age. Not all our tests are available to purchase directly. These would need to be purchased via a qualified healthcare provider.
